Description
A Matter of Balance is a program to help seniors reduce their fear of falling. The class encourages seniors to be active by teaching exercises and techniques to increase strength and balance. With these skills, seniors who have fallen before or are afraid of falling can gain the confidence to be active again.

This is a free four-week class that begins on June 5th. It is not a drop-in class and participants must register to be eligible to attend the series of classes. It meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-3pm from June 5th to June 28th on the second floor in Meeting Room H near the Reference Desk.
